Elizabeth Mills started her musical career close to where she grew up; Hackettstown, NJ. Liz began writing her own original and poignant music and lyrics inspired by unfortunate events in her own life. Her lyrics are blunt as well as her style of singing. She has performed in many venues in New Jersey, such as the Stanhope House and countless others. When she migrated to the Poconos her music was performed live at many of the local establishments and around the Open Mic circuit. She is a natural born singer songwriter whose lyrics blended with her guitar harmonies create a message that is destined to succeed in the music world.
When Liz came to Pinetop Recording Studio, last year, we were just getting started and hadn’t even finished a lot of the space to record in. What we were able to capture was performed on a Taylor guitar and a temporary vocal booth with a skeleton crew. She left a lasting impression with her musical tracks and we hope to share those with you when the time is right. As for now, she had done a cover of Nancy Sinatra’s song, “These Boots are Made For Walking”. Feel free to listen below.
She also sang harmony on a few Ephemeral Transmissions songs. One of these being one of the first recorded and produced songs at Pinetop Recording Studio called Silence Speaks.
Dearest Liz, wherever the road takes you may you always be safe and secure. Thanks again for choosing to record at Pinetop Recording Studio in the Poconos.
